Zoricelis Dávila es una Consejera Cristiana y Bilingüe graduada del Seminario Teológico Bautista Southwestern. Esta consejera ha completado dos Maestrías en Artes una en Consejería Matrimonial y Familiar y otra en Educación Cristiana. Zoricelis Dávila además posee Licencia de Consejería Profesional, a través de la Junta de Examinadores de Consejeros Profesionales del Estado de Tejas.
Zoricelis se encuentra muy activa en el Ministerio Cristiano. Entre sus experiencias en el campo cristiano se encuentra el haber enseñado en el Seminario Teológico de la Ciudad de Méjico. Además es conferencista en las áreas de adiestramiento de Escuela Bíblica Dominical para jóvenes, adultos y ministerio familiar. También es líder de conferencias voluntaria para la organizaciones de recursos cristianos, entre ellos, la Convención General Bautista de Tejas y la Asociación Bautista del condado de Tarrant en Tejas. En su iglesia (Iglesia Bautista de Southwayside) enseña estudios bíblicos y es maestra de escuela dominical. Esta consejera ha viajado en misiones y conferencias a lo largo y ancho de Estados Unidos, así como, Costa Rica, Guatemala, República Dominicana, Méjico y China. Tiene experiencia en radio y ha sido recurso para algunas cadenas de TV.
Ella practica la consejeria y psicoterapia desde su consultorio privado Puerta De Esperanza. Sus especialidades entre otros incluyen casos de violencia familiar, abuso sexual, y traumas severos. Contribuye como voluntaria al Departamento de la Policia de Fort Worth junto al Oficial Daniel Segura en eventos para combatir la violencia domestica y romper el ciclo de violencia. La ventaja de recibir consejería bilingüe de parte la Licenciada Zoricelis Dávila no sólo está basada en su habilidad para hablar español, sino en su conocimiento acerca del contexto de la cultura hispana.
Es autora del libro Una Familia Prevenida Vale Por Dos y Su gran pasión es ayudar a las familias a construir mejores relaciones, mejores matrimonios y ayudarlos a ser emocionalmente, sicológicamente y espiritualmente saludables.

Get to Know Zoricelis
Zoricelis Dávila is a Bilingual Christian Counselor graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She has two Masters of Arts. The first one, Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling. The second, Masters of Arts in Christian Education. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor through the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. Other certifications include Critical Incident Stress Management and Certified Sports Counselor.
The advantage of receiving bilingual counseling with us is not only our ability to speak Spanish but also our knowledge of the context of the Hispanic culture. She has written columns for christian newspapers and others, also has host informational features on Radio Station KVTT - Radio Verdad. She is been guest host-speaker for radio and has collaborated with Hispanic TV channels/news to provide information about mental and emotional health to the community.
Zoricelis is very active in the Christian Ministry. She has taught at the Baptist Theological Seminary in Mexico City. She is a conference leader in the areas of youth Sunday School training, adults, and family ministry. She also volunteers with teaching and training leaders with some organizations like, Baptist General Convention of Texas, and Tarrant Baptist Association as a workshop leader. At her church (Southwayside Baptist Church) she teaches a bible study and women's sunday school.
She established her private practice Puerta De Esperanza. Her specialties include among others cases of family violence, sexual abuse, and traumas. She volunteers to prevent and break the cycle of family violence together with Officer Daniel Segura from the Fort Worth Police Department. She has traveled in missions and Conferences throughout the United States, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Guatemala, and China.
She is the author of the book in spanish Una Familia Prevenida Vale Por Dos and Her greatest passion is to help families build better relationships, better marriages, and become emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually healthy.
